Vitalgreenz is a small batch sustainable microgreen farm that focuses on providing the most nutrient dense and flavorful farm to table experience for its customers. Everything is produced locally in NYC with non GMO, organic curated seeds without these use of pesticides. The microgreens are grown on sustainable coconut fiber instead of soil so as to decrease waste and soil degradation.
