HEALTH AND WELLNESS CONSULTING
-
We schedule an initial 30 minute online consult to discuss your problems and whether I am able to help you.
Once we have decided to work together. The next steps is to fill out your medical and lifestyle history intake forms then order lab screenings that will give me insights about your Hormones, Immune System, Digestion, Detoxification, Energy Production and Nervous System.
After I receive the results from your lab screenings. I will then meet with you to share the results and my recommendations. We will then schedule a time to meet on a weekly basis to to coach up your function and coach down factors influencing dysregulation.
