Personal Training Services

  • In Person Training

    In-person training is for those who benefit from a more tactile approach to training. You will learn how to unlock your potential through functional corrective movement therapy. I will assess your movement then design a program to meet your fitness goals. We will meet either at your home or in my fitness studio in NYC.

  • Online In person Training

    Online In-person training is similar to traditional In-person training but over a live zoom call. This is for those who benefit from a more visual approach to training but are unable to meet for a regular in person session. To perform online sessions, you will need a stable internet connection, laptop or computer and optional workout equipment.

  • Exercise Program Design

    Exercise program design with coaching is for people who want to train with me but aren’t able to do so in-person. This program is great for people who are highly motivated, but need direction. I will design a monthly workout program that is delivered on a APP. You will still receive many of the benefits of in person coaching due to our frequent interactions.

You don’t need to exercise everyday to see results. Learn how to select the right type of exercise, intensity & frequency to accommodate your health goals. More is not always better! In fact, when the body is stressed, exhausted, or dealing with certain forms of disease, too much intensity can interfere with the healing process.
